I am currently building the IBM Smarter Workforce sales team by integrating the IBM Social Business and Kenexa sales teams. I have been involved in the field of social and collaboration tools for over 10 years, and IBM and Kenexa coming together is one of the most exciting events in the field. IBM brings data, analytics and application through social business to make business better and to dissect the data in a more robust way. Kenexa brings industry-leading human insight and behavioral sciences on a robust technology platform, which empowers us to truly understand how people work and recognize what makes them good at what they do.
This is going to change the way work gets done. Period.
In my spare time I coach a basketball team in North London. Prior to IBM I ran the consulting team at Headshift, part of Dachis Group. I live in St Albans.
