		<description>Jon, couldn&#039;t agree more!  I&#039;m now seeing some methodologies on how to calculate ROI for social bookmarking (like Dogear), but it&#039;s still hard to calculate the ROI for an entire suite of social software.  

The discovery of tacit knowledge through social software is so valuable... and perhaps subjective to measure.. For example, I claim that Blogs and Dogear make me &quot;500% more productive&quot;... but it&#039;s only because I can&#039;t measure it for real...It does feel like 500% more though!</description>
