		<description>Wow. Really nice post. I agree with Andrea that I&#039;d like to know more about how much time Luis spend on other tools now he&#039;s dumping email. After all, we hope to save some time now we don&#039;t have to write as much emails, right?&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;m glad you addressed the soft side of ROI and social software. That&#039;s what I find too. It&#039;s really hard to make an objective business case for these tools. I like what Debbie Weil said: it&#039;s more about &quot;Return on Influence&quot;.</description>
